GAIL PRIEST
Founder
Gail Priest is the founder of 99 + 1 Foundation. She has been a foster/adoptive parent for many years, working in all levels of care, kinship, traditional, tribal and therapeutic foster care.
​
Gail believes every individual can heal in a loving, safe home, with adequate training.

Due to the overwhelming ​need, Gail felt lead to start, "99 + 1 Foundation."
